Belinda's planning, communication and execution of all travel details are considered and detailed, plus she is always on the end of the phone if ever needed.

“I also have a passion for country style entertaining"
Belinda’s grandfather owned and trained race horses that won prestigious Irish races. Belinda’s Father owned a large indoor riding school which the Irish Olympic team used to train. “By the grand age of two I had 3 ponies,” says Belinda. My maternal grandmother was an extraordinary hostess, she spent a lot of her time in the kitchen baking and cooking, and always had “one potato for the pot just in case a guest turned up unexpectedly. I started cooking from my first cookbook under her guidance at the age of 7.
I still am involved in riding, instructing and judging at the occasional event. My happy place is either on a horse ambling over the beautiful lush NZ countryside or in the kitchen entertaining guests while preparing dinner. I love combining these two passions to host guests and create bespoke experiences while also showcasing NZ.
